Great day for a run on the VF. It was 34 degrees at 7am today! Sunlight never even touched Joel as he did this WOD in under 16 minutes. Faster than light. It was inspiring to watch each athlete run the course with very little walking. Heavy KBs were swung and lifted today. Great workout!
