Were back!


We have returned from another epic Grand Canyon rafting adventure. We spent 16 days traveling 226 miles with 6 Canadian friends. No flips, one swimmer, one kayak swimmer, one leaky raft, one near miss from a rock fall (size of a kitchen table), 650 beers (all Paleo of course), kubb, cold rain, temp over 105 F, 18 foot rafts that weighed more than a ton, daily hikes to clear waterfalls, and tons of fun. We missed everyone at our box and look forward to getting you in shape for the ski season.

Army Sgt. Keith Adam Coe, 30, of Auburndale, Fla., assigned to the 1st Battalion, 37th Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., died April 27th, 2010, in Khalis, Iraq, of wounds sustained when enemy forces attacked his unit with an explosive device. He is survived by his wife Katrina Coe, two sons, Killian and Keith Jr., and daughter, Klover.

The Grand Brachles


Teresa and Andrew Brachle are rafting down the Grand Canyon and these next workouts are officially named after each section they hit on the infamous river of epic white water. Let's just hope they are getting a workout in each of the sixteen days they are out there, or else we may actually have a chance and beating them in future workouts. We miss you guys.
