30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest 3 minutes between rounds. Subtract rest time from final score.

I like how the music video is centered around fitness. This is the most I have ever seen these guys workout. Notice how when they run they avoid heel striking and have a very relaxed hand grip. "Pose" runners?
