Great job everyone! We left a bucket of sweat on the floor tonight. I have not seen that much intensity since we did FRAN. Each athlete tied or passed their previous PR. Dave Lefevre went from 17 to 21 rounds and Diana Mulligan from 9 to 15 rounds. Our newest athletes Joe Lawton, Peeps, Heather, Tanya, and Kathy Borland combined for 72 rounds. Glad to be there to witness another great day in the CrossFit loft. Enjoy your rest day, you earned it!
