On the minute every minute for 30 minutes:

5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

This workout was brutal. I felt strong for the first 20 minutes then kinda fell apart, but I was still able to complete all 30 rounds. Chelsea is one of the hardest CF workouts that I have participated in to this date.
