In a group of 4 for 12 minutes:
Sprint 100 meters
Wall Ball (light with higher toss)
Push-ups
Rest
Keep track of total Wall Ball and Push-ups
Rotate when runner returns
Special thanks to the 5:15 CrossFit class who had to compete against our level 4 competitive gymnasts. It was a close race all the way to the finish. Both groups showed great form during the workout.
