This year we will do all 5 of the Open workouts on Friday as the Workout of the day. If you are unable to make a Friday workout you can still do the Open workout on Saturday after the Saturday WOD. We hope this gives each athlete more opportunity to sign up and compete in the 2013 CrossFit Open. Also, we will do a brief trial of each workout on Wednesday evening after the 6:30 class. We will talk about standards, strategy, and run a small test of each workout.
Wednesday after 6:30 class (Strategize, standards and practice run of Open WOD < 30 min)
Friday CrossFit Open workouts at each class time run in two or three waves
Saturday Workout and Open WOD after regular class
