In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. Athletes will take a one minute break after completing five minutes of exercise. Three total rounds of the following:
Wall Ball (Reps)
Push-ups (Reps)
Suicide Sprints (Cones)
Jumping Lunges (Reps)
Sumo Dead-lift High Pull 70/53 (Reps)
The clock does not stop or reset during exercise. On call of "rotate" the athlete must move to the next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except for Suicide Sprints where each cone touch counts as a point.
