In groups of three complete the following exercises:
*One person in each group must be running 100 yards during workout
Other two athletes combine to reach the total below
200 Push-ups
200 Squats
200 Bicycle Sit-ups
200 Pull-ins on Swings
100 Walking Lunges
100 Back Extensions
100 Box Jumps
100 Burpees with all three members

Great WOD today! It reminded me of our CrossFit workouts from last summer in the park. Lots of people and tons of positive energy. Remember to bring a friend with you to any Saturday workout. Next week we will be at the Telluride Elementary School again at 9:00am. See you all there!
