Sprint the length of the soccer field. Burpee Broad Jumps and Broad Jumps along the width of the field. At the corners perform the following movements over three laps:
Special thanks to the 5:15 CrossFit class who had to compete against our level 4 competitive gymnasts. It was a close race all the way to the finish. Both groups showed great form during the workout.
