Team Cindy


In teams of three work together as fast as possible to complete:

AMRAP in 20 minutes

5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

This was a great workout. Teams moved as fast as possible to complete up to 34 rounds in 20 minutes. It was all about speed today.
