begin with 34 Box Jumps 

then  6 rounds of
14 KB Swings (53/35)
12 Front Squats (135/95)
11 Handstand Push-ups
8 Burpees
3 Squat Cleans (135/95)
1 Thruster (135/95)

finish with 36 Box Jumps
