Clean and Jerk Chelsea
EMOTM for 30 minutes
During even numbered minutes perform one full round of Cindy
(Rx is @ 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats)
During odd numbered minutes perform two Clean and Jerks
(Rx is @ Bodyweight)
