CrossFit Football



As many points as possible in each 15 minute half with a 7 minute halftime break. Teams of 3.

Touchdown = 40 Thrusters (65/45) and 40 Burpees
Extra Point = 100 Double Unders
Field Goal = 60 Box Jumps and 60 Kettlebell Swings
