Speed Work, Lightening Dodge

For time:

50 Wall Ball Shots
50 Double Unders
Run 1.5 miles on VF
50 Air Squats
50 Burpees
Run 1.5 miles back to gym
50 Sit-ups
50 Walking Lunges

Our 1:00 CrossFit class had a ton of excitement today. At about 1:40 we had a powerful thunder storm hover over the valley and strike lightening down onto our afternoon athletes. Dave Allen and Chris Norton made it back to the gym in time, but everyone else had to take cover and avoid serious danger of getting hit by a bolt of lightening. For almost 10 minutes we got hailed on and watched lightening strike less than a mile away every 10 to 20 seconds. Glad that everyone made it back safely.
