We hope you all had a great break and were able to get away for a little while or at least take it a tiny bit slower the last few weeks. Now it is time to train hard for the summer. Remember, if you did not do any physical activity for the last two weeks or more you need to take it easy the first week to ten days back in the gym. Cut back on the intensity and focus on being the best mover in the class.
